Centipedes love damp places.
They live under things.
If you lift a log or rock, you may see one.
If you kick a pile of leaves, watch!
You may see some centipedes dash away. |

have 100 legs. Some have more. Some have less.
- Some people are scared of centipedes. Most of the
time they don’t bite people, but they can.
