DID YOU KNOW?
- Dragonflies are insects. They are not flies.
Dragonflies have four wings. Flies have two wings.
- Dragonflies have very strong jaws. They use them to
catch insects.
- Dragonflies are super hunters. Sometimes they are
called “mosquito hawks.”
- Dragonflies may look kind of scary, but they
don’t hurt people.
- Dragonflies lived on earth even before there were
dinosaurs!
