Juncos make their homes near trees and bushes.
They also live in fields, mountains and near houses. |

DID YOU KNOW?
- Juncos love to hang out at birdfeeders in the
winter. They visit birdfeeders so much in the wintertime that some people call them the
“Eastern Snowbird.”
- You may spot a junco flying at your feet in the
woods. They like to build their cup-shaped nests close to the ground.
