KIND OF ANIMAL: Bird

FOOD
Flycatchers eat insects.
They also eat fruit.

ENEMIES
Owls and hawks hunt for flycatchers.
So do weasels, foxes, and cats.

WHERE THEY LIVE
Flycatchers live in forests.
They live in orchards, where farmers grow fruit.
You can also find them in parks.

DID YOU KNOW?
  • Flycatchers are hard to see. Their colors are not bright. But you may hear them playing tag with their friends. Then they make a lot of noise.
