DESCRIPTION
  • The bullfrog is famous for its loud, croaking song. It sings to mark its territory and attract a mate.
  • The bullfrog is large for a frog. It can reach a length of up to seven inches.
  • The circles behind a bullfrog’s eyes are actually its ears. You can tell a male from a female because its ears are larger.
  • Like other aquatic frogs, the bullfrog has webbed feet.
