DESCRIPTION
  • Ibis are wading birds with long, curving bills, and long necks and legs like stilts. Their bodies are well designed for fishing and catching other creatures which live in the water.
  • Ibis are strikingly elegant in flight. They hold their necks out straight, unlike other wading birds, and you can see the black tips on their white wings.
  • They have particularly full, lush plumage.
