DESCRIPTION

The moose is the largest member of the deer family.
Moose are known for their distinctive profile and the male’s enormous antlers. Moose grow new antlers each April. The antlers fall off in the winter.
Except during mating season, moose usually spend their time alone.
Moose are good swimmers. They dive under the water looking for roots to eat.
It is hard to sneak up on a moose. They have excellent senses of smell and hearing.
