As Jacques travels along the Appalachian Trail, he will stop along the way to teach the "Trail Dance." The trail dance is an easy-to-learn, lively jig designed to introduce thousands of people to the joy of using their bodies creatively.

In the hope of bringing the joy of dance to as many people as possible, Jacques is asking every person that he teaches the trail dance, to teach two others and exact the same pledge from each person that learns the dance.
